About Estates Neighborhood Home Watch

Estates Neighborhood Home Watch is a new company in Naples, Florida, dedicated to honest, ethical business practices and protecting residential properties while maintaining great client relationships through consistently great customer service.

Originally from Miami, David Soler, owner of ENHW, was involved in the hospitality industry for well over 20 years. This hospitality experience would prove invaluable to David and ENHW as it helped to develop the necessary interpersonal skills to run a business that is dependent on customer service as well as prepare him to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment. After moving to the Naples area in 2013, he began working in community management, which is a very dominant industry as a large number of the population keep second homes and investment properties. Not being particularly happy working as an administrative assistant, he jumped at the chance to become a home watch technician when the position became available. During this period, he noticed a trend of non-insured individuals passing themselves off as professionals as well as home watch services being offered by large companies as a secondary service, which were not given any priority. Seeing the need for a dedicated and specialized home watch service run by bonded and insured professionals, David became an accredited member of the NHWA and formed Estates Neighborhood Home Watch.
