The Spanish Wells Community is one of the oldest gated communities in Southwest Florida. Plans were created for the community to include a private country club, single family homes, followed by condominiums and villas,  all following a common set of standards and rules. A Master Community Association was established to be responsible for common area maintenance (including ponds, lakes and drainage), community safety and general management of the entire Spanish Wells property.

• Our community has contracted with Castle Group to assist in the daily operation of Spanish Wells. This organization is referred to as the Community Association Manager (CAM) The main phone number to contact the CAM is (239) 319-1288.
